A holiday home-themed pop-up in SoHo invited guests to experience the latest and greatest in Smart Home technology from Amazon.com. The two week show included interactive room vignettes such as a front yard and porch, smart kitchen, living room, kid’s room and mud room. Tech-savvy guides took guests through the experience where they were delighted by cues designed for the experience such as “Alexa, turn on the tree” which activated a decked out holiday tree installation. Each product was accompanied by a QR code gift tag to drive sales back to Amazon.com. The space also acted as hub for Amazon to host VIP tours and events for the local media, influencers and their partners and potential clients.
